A$500 non-refundable deposit is due Thursday, August 15th to hold your spot in the training. You must also submit your intention for signing up for this program with your non-refundable deposit & program contract. What is to be included in your statement is below. The full earlybird tuition (this includes the $500 also do on this date) is $2500 due August 15th. The regular tuition is $2800 (minus the $500 due on August 15th even if you're paying regular tuition) with the remaining $2300 due on or before Tuesday, Oct 1st . There is an option for a payment plan. The payment plan cost is $3000.00 This plan would entail: $500 due August 15th, 2013, $1000 due Oct 1st, 2013 remaining $1500 due by Dec 4th, 2013.
All make up work is the responsibility of the student but we will work with you to make sure it gets covered : )
STATEMENT OF INTENTION FOR THE PROGRAM
In a two pages double spaced, typed statement, please detail your personal intention: why the yoga practice speaks to you, why you wish to teach, what your vision for your training is. In the personal side of your statement please include the following: how long you have been practicing (and for any who are already teachers, how long you have been teaching...your training background...and where you currently teach.) Please include as part of this paper your hobbies, interests, likes & dislikes and any personal information/background you would like to share. Please also include any history of injuries, any current physical conditions (past, present or future surgeries or illnesses should also be included.) Please include an idea of your diet, health and exercise, personal beliefs and any current or past history of medication, hospitalization and any mental health history that you feel I should know. Upon receipt of both the non-refundable deposit of $500 and the intention statement (due 2/25) you will be notified if you have been accepted to the program.
