& Wellness Center

We provide a wonderful retreat in Quincy where the spirit of yoga and wellness is shared through a professional group of teachers and wellness practitioners. Healing Tree specializes in a wide spectrum of healing and relaxing treatments to complement your practice or restore your vital energies. Healing Tree Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels and ages along with excellent Pilates instruction. Key events and workshops will be offered every month and are small enough to make personal connections.

You can experience all we have to offer under one roof from enjoying an exhilerating yoga class, relaxing with a restorative massage, reading in the lounge, or picking up a unique gift in the store.

SUMMER SPECIAL!!

A summer of unlimited classes for only $195. (Special runs through Sept. 3rd.)

Kid's Yoga Camp 2010! This summer at the Healing Tree, Checka will be offering a one-week afternoon yoga camp for ages 4-9 from July 26-30. Yogi campers will learn yoga and breathing exercises to keep their bodies strong and flexible, along with relaxation exercises to help them feel calm, confident and secure - all while having lots of fun! Ongoing Kid Classes to resume in September on Sunday afternoons.

Prenatal Yoga Series starting July 18th with Jill. Class to run from 6-7:15pm. 6-week Series cost is $75 (includes a 10% discount towards a prenatal massage). Drop in for $15. (Please verify class dates on the schedule/speciality tab as the class will not be every consecutive Sunday).

Restorative Yoga is moving back to Fridays (as requested). Jill will be teaching a restorative class every other Friday at 6pm starting July 16th.

Fridays 7:30pm - Belly Dance Class with Sabrina

If you've ever been tempted by the mystery of this ancient dance, come discover it in class with us.

In each class we practice -
-Basic movements and techniques
-Travelling steps
-Using props, such as veils & zills (finger cymbols)

What to wear -
-Comfortable yoga attire
-Skirts, hip belts, scarves and makeup are optional - bring or borrow to enhance your dance

ITSY BITSY YOGA CLASSES

As featured on CNN, Itsy Bitsy Yoga is a multi-sensory stimulation experience and includes imitation, touch, breath, movement, vision, voice and intuition.

A new four-week series will be offered at Healing Tree Yoga (605 Hancock Street, Quincy MA) Starting the week of August 9th.

Babies & Tots (belly crawlers to walkers)- Mondays 10:30-11:30

Tykes (2-4 years)- Fridays 10:30-11:15

Itsy Bitsy Yoga® was created by Helen Garabedian, an infant developmental movement educator, yoga teacher and mother. Each Itsy Bitsy Yoga® class is taught by a trained facilitator.

Asthanga Yoga is back on Mondays with Sarah

Vinyasa Yoga with Checka
