Coming in February to Healing Tree 200RYT training! Become a yoga teacher with this training hosted in our studio and instructed by Kathy Keane! The cost will be $2800. Update: This training will begin in the third or fourth week of February and will be held one night per week AND one weekend per month for 6 months. Exact dates and times will be posted here very soon. This training is filling up quickly. if you are interested please call and reserve your space.
From Jan 16th thru Feb 13th Kathy will be subbing for Matt's Ashtanga classes while he is in India. During this time Monday classes will not be Ashtanga but rather Vinyasa flow. Ashtanga classes will resume when Matt returns Feb. 20th.

Monthly Woman's Group- Soul Sister Circle
Next circle willl meet on Saturday Jan. 21st at 6pm.
Healing Tree will now be hosting a monthly women's group called the Soul Sister Circle. The Soul Sister Circle was created to nurture women on all levels: body, mind and spirit, and offers an opportunity to find community, inspiration, and connection among other women. In a world where sometimes it can be difficult to slow down and reconnect to ourselves, as well as develop meaningful relationships with other women, the Soul Sister Circle provides a supportive place to network, meet new friends, and be deeply refilled and re-inspired. The monthly circle will be facilitated by Maureen Medeiros, has a passion for bringing women together and creating supportive circles. The circle meets monthly. There is a $10 suggested donation, but all are welcome regardless of funds available.
Laughing Yoga (third Friday of the month)
Class Friday December 16th and January 20th 7:30-8:30pm
Laughter yoga is a unique exercise routine, which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. Anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. Laughter is initially simulated as a physical exercise while maintaining eye contact with others in the group and promoting childlike playfulness. In most cases this soon leads to real and contagious laughter.
Laughing Yoga classes also available for private parties. Ideal for birthday celebrations. Call for more details.
Prenatal Yoga Sundays at 6pm, Tuesdays at 1:30 & Wed at 10:30am.
Come and enjoy an empowering, strengthening, and deeply rejuvenating yoga class designed for all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga offers a safe and effective way to tone and strengthen your body while including deeply restorative and relaxing poses for a balanced overall practice. Through practicing exercises that build strength in the body, calm the mind, and nurture the heart and soul, this class will be supportive for expectant mothers on all levels. Class will be available to all as a drop in for $14 dollars. Can also now use ten block pass for class.
